Services Offered: 
  • Support for local groups including networking and partnership opportunities, help with budges and financial management and operational health checks.
  • Consultation and development work aimed at meeting the needs of local groups as they are identified
  • Promotion of local groups through the organisation of events and dissemination
  • Provide information on local groups and services through newsletters, bulletins, talks, seminars and networking meetings.
  • Advice for existing groups and setting up new groups including help with constitutions, help with funding sources, charity registration, data protection and obtaining quality accreditation.
  • Provide resources including equipment loan, hot-desk facility with high specification PC and software, printing facilities, scanning, laminating, and admin support
  • Training courses
  • Liaison with all statutory bodies, voluntary agencies and community groups, through the committees, working groups and forums within which we will seek to represent the interests and aspirations of the voluntary sector
